Peter is Chief Executive Officer of ipSCAPE and a member of the company’s board of directors. He joined the company in January 2017, bringing more than 25 years of industry leadership and executive management experience to the role.
He was previously the Group COO at Salmat Limited where he achieved exceptional success through playing a central role in the expansion, diversification and evolution of the organisation into one of Australia’s most successful business-to-business brands. He also served as the CEO of Salmat Digital where he was accountable for driving the growth and expansion of the companies digital and online businesses both organically and through successfully executing mergers and acquisitions of numerous start up and fast emerging businesses.
Peter is passionate about customer centricity, believing that you must put the customer at the centre of everything you do in order to drive innovation, profitable growth and long term sustainable relationships.

As Chief Operating Officer, Oliver is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Since his appointment to the role in May 2016, Oliver has initiated important strategic improvements to the business including establishing a more customer centric business focus as well as implementing Agile project management methodology to all engineering and software development work. Our overall customer satisfaction has consistently improved under Oliver’s stewardship.
Oliver has worked in Australia and Europe, where he was at the forefront of global contact centre presales design and implementations for one of the world’s largest media companies, BERTELSMANN.
Oliver is passionate about building high performing teams where people are challenged and can develop their skills and talents.
Oliver holds a Masters in IT Business Development (EURIDIS Business School France, a Bachelor in Systems and Industrial Networks (Polytechnic University Federation, France) and a Diploma in Electronics (Polytechnic University Federation, France).LinkedIn
Grace is the Chief Financial Officer at ipSCAPE and is responsible for the financial governance of the business including budget management, forecasting, financial analysis, and corporate reporting. She is strategically focused and has an extensive background in managing finance, strategy development, budgeting, reporting, contract administration and pricing.
Grace is passionate about profitability and has a strong record of identifying cost drivers and implementing process improvements. She was instrumental in the sale of NSC Group, a contact centre software and network applications integrator, to Telstra in 2013.
Grace is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from UNISA.LinkedIn
Simon was the founding CEO of ipSCAPE. His vision was to make contact centres adaptable, agile and dynamic by using cloud contact centre technology and this vision continues to be the cornerstone of the ipSCAPE business today. Most recently, Simon is a leader in the sales & marketing team working on strategic global partner alliances as well as promoting the company to key accounts in Australia.
He is a cloud evangelist, a technology consultant to ASX 200 companies, a public speaker on cloud & customer experience and mentors start-ups at the Tyro Fintech Hub, Stone & Chalk and Tank Stream Ventures.

Sam is the General Manager for ipSCAPE’s EMEA operations and is one of the co-founders and original architects of the ipSCAPE platform. He is a contact centre technology expert, having worked in the contact centre technology arena for close to 20 years and is a specialist in cloud based solutions.
Based in the UK, Sam is responsible for building strategic alliances in EMEA and growing ipSCAPE’s market share.LinkedIn
