As Senior Voice Engineer, working in a small, tight-knit development team, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and maintain ipSCAPE’s cloud contact centre Software as a Service.
To be successful in this role, the Customer Care Engineer needs to have a customer centric attitude, outstanding communication skills and solid technical knowledge of SQL and VoIP. Additionally, Linux skills and PHP working knowledge is desired.
