  • Perfect for businesses which do not need to keep operating to 100% operational capacity. A Hosted IVR allows businesses to:

  • Redirect calls to agents working from home, in another centre or another country
  • Redirect calls into a hosted IVR - record and upload ongoing message updates. Customers can be directed to different messages by CLI.
  • Business Continuity GOLD

  • Provides cover for all telecommunications, data and software requirements. Benefits include zero capex, ongoing technology upgrades and quarterly training. Cover can scale up or down – depending on changing business needs.

  • Business Continuity PLATINUM

  • Adds quality outsourced agents and facilities to the GOLD solution on a PAYG basis.
